You will then be able to view the menus for our Tavistock Italia and Tavistock Thai China restaurants and EAT deli. Registering for the Platinum Club also enables you to receive exclusive offers throughout the year as well as collect points each time you visit our restaurants.

Welcome to the Tavistock Platinum Members Club registration site. Platinum Club Members receive regular updates about what’s happening at each of our sites as well as exclusive offers and discounts throughout the year. Platinum Club card holders can collect points each time they dine in any of our restaurants or stay at any of our hotels and can redeem them whenever they please. – All points collected during 2009 must be redeemed by the end of February 2010.
Once registered you will receive a text or email with a unique code on - please present this at any Tavistock site to collect your card. Once collected, please allow up to 48 hours for your card to be activated before you start collecting points.

Points can be accrued at any time throughout the year. Points can be redeemed throughout the year with the exception of Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and any other special event to be decided by Tavistock Leisure Ltd.
Any points accrued can only be used in Tavistock restaurants and hotels. There is no cash alternative. All points accrued in 2009 must be redeemed by the end of February 2010.
The Platinum Members Club cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
As standard, points will be calculated at 5% of your accommodation or restaurant bill. However, we reserve the right to change the rate at any time.
Points will only be added on the day of your visit – points cannot be accrued with receipts after your visit. Cards MUST be presented during your visit in order to accrue points.
Please allow up to two days for points to be credited to your account.
Only one membership card per party per visit can be credited with points.
When texting to register or receive an update of your points total, text messages will be charged at standard network rate. Text messages and emails received by customers will not be charged.
Points cannot be accrued on the same visit as points are redeemed.
Employees of Tavistock Leisure are not permitted to join the Tavistock Leisure Platinum Club.
